Welcome to Tiffani Bibb Coaching and Consulting, where empowering women through personal and professional goal achievement is at the heart of what I do. As a dedicated success coach and speaker, I am committed to helping women navigate the path to success, transform ambition into action, and make impactful life and career choices.

I grew up in Birmingham, AL, with my brother and sister, where my mother worked hard to care for us.  I saw firsthand the limits and difficult choices that women face often.  I believe that women should have options when it comes to motherhood, community service, caretakers, leaders, and providers.  Which is why empowering others, especially women, to live the life they dream of is core to who I am.

I currently live in Jacksonville, FL, with my husband of 15 years and our beautiful daughter. I enjoy reading, swimming, and having great conversations! My passion for speaking and sharing ideas fuels my work, including my podcast, "Turning Ambitions Into Actions," where I share insights and inspirations to motivate and guide.
